10 Laois players set to represent their colleges in Fitzgibbon Cup this weekend

As the Fitzgibbon Cup is set to begin this weekend, we have put together a list of Laois players set to be involved in the competition.

There are 10 hurlers from Laois clubs involved with their respective colleges.

IT Carlow makes up the biggest representation of Laois players, with six players from around the county on the side.

They are in Group D alongside UCD and GMIT – the latter of whom Abbeyleix’s Alan Kelly represents.

Group A contains Daniel Comerford’s Maynooth and Eoin O’Connor’s Trinity.

While Rathdowney-Errill’s Eric Killeen will represent LIT who are in Group B with Mary I, TU Dublin and WIT.
