Laois ladies team named for All-Ireland semi final clash with Wexford

Laois ladies manager Donie Brennan has named his starting 15 for Sunday’s All-Ireland semi final against Wexford.

He has named an unchanged side from the one that started the win over Louth last weekend.

Clodagh Dunne was a late change on the team prior to throw in and she keeps her place meaning that Anna Healy remains in the forwards.

There is one notable addition to the bench as Sarsfields Clare Conlon, who has been injured all season, is named among the replacements.

Victory for Wexford would see them through to a first Intermediate Final since 2007.

While Laois target a first appearance in the Mary Quinn Memorial Cup decider in 21 years.

The game throws in at Nowlan Park in Kilkenny at 2pm on Sunday.

And the winners will face either Westmeath or Kildare in the All-Ireland final in Croke Park on September 5.

We’ll have coverage of the game over on our Live Blog.

LAOIS: Eimear Barry; Clodagh Dunne, Amy Potts, Aimee Kelly; Rachel Williams, Ellen Healy, Laura Nerney; Fiona Dooley, Jane Moore; Anna Healy, Erone Fitzpatrick, Joyce Dunne; Mo Nerney, Sarah Anne Fitzgerald, Orla Hennessy.
