Laois Today: Here are all of Thursday’s Laois GAA results

It was another busy evening on the Laois GAA front with games across the county.

The big game of the evening was down in Aughrim where the Laois U-20s lost to Wicklow in controversial circumstances.

Laois led by a point in the final minute when wing back Eamonn Delaney won a kick-out but then got hit square on the face.

Referee Alan Coyne waved play on and Matthew Ging levelled the game.

Delaney had to be substituted with blood pouring from his face and from the next attack, Wicklow’s Eoin Darcy scored the match winning goal.

There were games in adult leagues and juvenile championship matches too.
