Here are all of Tuesday’s Laois GAA results

The game of the night took place in O’Moore Park as the Laois U-20 hurlers overcame Westmeath in a tense affair.

Laois were fifteen points up at one stage during the match but they needed Tomas Keyes’ accuracy from frees late in the game to force extra time.

Laois were outstanding in extra time and were deadly in front goal to give them a six point win over their opponents.

The U-20 hurlers will now go on to play Antrim next Tuesday night in O’Moore Park.

There was also plenty of action in Division 3 of the hurling league.

Clonad registered their second win of their campaign and they are on the verge of a semi-final place.

In the other group Boris-Kilcotton are now guaranteed a semi-final place after they defeated Rathdowney-Errill.
