LIVE BLOG: Follow all of the action from this evening’s Laois football championship games

And it’s another busy evening of Laois GAA action!

For the third night running, there are club football championship games being held around the county and the LaoisToday Live Blog is here to keep you updated from first minute to last.

There are two senior and two junior games down for decision as the Laois GAA fixture makers get back on track after losing three weekends due to the localised lockdown.

In the senior championship, neighbours Graiguecullen and Arles-Killeen make the trip to MW Hire O’Moore Park for a 6.45pm throw in and Rory Delaney will be reporting on that one for us.

Alan Hartnett will be in Stradbally for the senior game between Arles-Kilcruise and The Heath while Gavin Cooper will be watching Kilcavan and Portarlington in the junior grade in McCann Park in Port.

There is also junior action between Ballyroan-Abbey and Portlaoise. The ladies senior championship game between champions Sarsfields and St Brigid’s is off after St Brigid’s gave a walkover.

And as well as the action on the field, we will be bringing you all the details from the championship draw as the draw for Round 2 of the senior and intermediate will be made in O’Moore Park after the Arles-Killeen v Graiguecullen game.

You can keep up with all of the updates as they happen in our Live Blog here.
