A coaching seminar is being organised by Ballyroan Abbey GAA in association with Laois GAA.
The seminar will take place Saturday February 8 from 10am-1pm in Heywood Community School.
There on the day will be former Galway Senior Hurler, performance psychology coach, motivational speaker and personal and professional development coach Tony Óg Regan.
Tony will be running a ‘Creating an improvement mindset and culture in our teams’ seminar.
Running a ‘Benefits of small sided games’ seminar is BSc Sports Science, M.A. Primary Ed, school teacher and Kilmacud Senior Football coach Shane Smith.
Also there on the day will be Meath Senior Football coach Colm Nally who will be running a ‘Skills Pollination’ seminar.
Tickets are €15.
