A Laois man who had been reported missing over the weekend has been found safe and well much to the relief of his friends and family.
31-year-old Robert Tynan had been missing from Abbeyleix since last Thursday with Gardai sending out an appeal on Saturday evening.
“We would like to thank the media and public for their assistance in the matter,” said a statement from the Gardai this morning.
